AES-CKM系列是在潔凈環(huán)境下，可從ISOClass6(class1000)更加細(xì)微地檢測細(xì)小粒子的監(jiān)測器。并且，即使浮游、落下的5um以上粗大粒子，或者0.5um以上的微粒子也可實(shí)現(xiàn)同時(shí)檢測。通過移動(dòng)電源供電，即使沒有電源線的環(huán)境下也具備臨時(shí)測量記錄的功能。
AES-CKM enables more accurate measurements in a clean environment with ISO Class 6 (Class 1,000). It can detect both fine particles(over 0.5μm) and large particles (over 5μm) simultaneously.This device can be used temporarily in a location without powersupply, by connecting to the portable charger.
